HSV Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company (HSV) was established under business registration certificate No. 0106358846 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City for the first time on November 8, 2013, formerly known as Hanoi Iron and Steel Joint Stock Company. The company operates in the field of wholesale iron and steel scrap, steel billets and all kinds of steel. With the aspiration to develop into a leading multi-industry corporation in Vietnam, HSV has expanded trade in agricultural products (green coffee beans), virgin plastic resins, distribution of construction steel, cement, construction materials and inland waterway transport. 4. 2023Changed name to HSV Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company. The most recent content change certificate was dated August 21, 2023.

6. 2025Invest in inland waterway transport, complete the business ecosystem. On May 12, 2025, the General Meeting of Shareholders approved the private stock offering plan.
