On February 24, 2023, Hanoi Iron and Steel Joint Stock Company conducted a vote count and issued Resolution No. 01/2023/ĐHĐCĐ - GTHN of the General Meeting of Shareholders by asking for shareholders' written opinions on changing the Company's name and amending the Charter.
