HSV Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company Announces information about Board of Directors Resolution No. 14/2025/NQ-HĐQT issued on November 17, 2025 approving the implementation and detailed amendments to the private stock offering plan; Approving the list of registration documents for private share issuance (Board of Directors Resolution No. 14/2025/NQ-HĐQT dated November 17, 2025 replaces Board of Directors Resolution No. 09/2025/NQ-HĐQT dated August 20, 2025; Board of Directors Resolution No. 10/2025/NQ-HĐQT-HSV dated August 21, 2025 and Board of Directors Resolution No. 12/2025/NQ-HĐQT dated November 4, 2025).
