On July 3, 2026, HSV Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company received document No. 6180/UBCK-PTTT issued on July 3, 2026 from the State Securities Commission on the notification dossier to change the maximum foreign ownership ratio to 0% full. Valid according to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 141 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP amended and supplemented according to Point b, Clause 4, Article 3 of Decree No. 245/2025/ND-CP
Due to a number of guiding documents and changes - HSV Group Joint Stock Company would like to re-announce the foreign ownership ratio at the Company to shareholders and the Company also commits to review and complete a number of business lines in the near future as well as adjust the maximum foreign ownership ratio at the company accordingly as soon as possible.
