EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS IN 2024
The Board of Directors of HSV Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company respectfully announces a meeting invitation to all Shareholders regarding the organization of the 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:
1. Time: 8:30 a.m., Monday, July 29, 2024
2. Location: No. 68 Luu Huu Phuoc, Cau Dien Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi, Vietnam
3. Participants: All shareholders on the list closed on July 4, 2024
4. Content of the Congress:
Approved the plan to issue shares to increase charter capital in 2024;

5. Time to register and confirm attendance at the meeting: In order for the meeting program to run smoothly, shareholders are requested to please confirm attendance at the meeting according to the meeting registration form. In case, Shareholders who do not directly attend the meeting can authorize a Representative according to the Company's Power of Attorney form. Shareholders register to attend the meeting before July 28, 2024.
