Hoa Phat Group was honored as the 2nd largest private enterprise and top 10 largest enterprises in Vietnam.
Hoa Phat ranks 2nd in the Top 10 largest private enterprises in Vietnam in 2025
The ranking of the Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam (VNR500) follows the Fortune500 model, published annually since 2007. VNR500 aims to honor businesses that make great contributions to the development of the Vietnamese economy and promote corporate brands to the domestic and international business community.
The main criteria for ranking businesses are revenue, profit, growth rate, total assets, and total number of employees. Hoa Phat Group has been honored in the rankings for 18 consecutive years.
In 2024, Hoa Phat will reach VND 140,560 billion in revenue, an increase of 17% over the same period; Profit after tax was 12,020 billion VND, up 77% and exceeding 20% of the plan. The steel sector continues to play a key role, accounting for 93% of revenue and 86% of the Group's profits. Agricultural segment profit increased 4.6 times compared to 2023. Hoa Phat paid more than 13,400 billion VND to the State budget, the highest ever.
In the first 9 months of 2025, the Group achieved revenue of 111,031 billion VND, an increase of 5% and profit after tax of 11,626 billion VND, an increase of 26% over the same period last year.
Hoa Phat is the only Vietnamese enterprise that can produce hot rolled steel coils (HRC), holding the No. 1 market share in Vietnam in construction steel and steel pipes. The group also maintains its position and market share in the leading group of clean chicken eggs, commercial pigs, and Australian cows supplied to the market.
As the largest steel manufacturer in Southeast Asia, equivalent to the Top 30 largest steel enterprises in the world, from 2026, Hoa Phat's steel production capacity will reach 16 million tons/year, mainly HRC steel and high quality steel, contributing to fully meeting the needs of domestic and foreign markets.
